


All the feature update does is to install version 1909 enablement package that enables all the new features that come with version 1909. Behind the scene, version 19 shares a common core operating system with an identical set of system files. Consider it’s supposed to be a big feature update, this is quite impressive. As long as you have an updated 1903 build, it takes only a few minutes to upgrade. What surprises me the most is how quick and easy to upgrade.
